Shipping policy

Please allow up to one week for orders to be processed.  Processing times do not include shipping times. 

Transit times typically range from 2-7 business days, depending upon the shipping method and delivery destination. 

Once the package is scanned by the post office, it is out of our hands.  We have no control over how long the package will take to arrive and are not liable or responsible for any delays or failed deliveries. We cannot offer refunds or replace items for missing or stolen packages. 

We will replace items that have been damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted within 5 days of receipt to AmpersandAndAshe@gmail.com.
