Refund policy
We want you to absolutely love your products! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new and unused.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@AmpersandAndAshe.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. We strongly recommend using a trackable delivery service as we cannot be liable for goods lost in transit. Please ensure your product is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy guidelines.
Return Exceptions:
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened and or used. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damaged or Defective products:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may request photographic proof of the damage for our records.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
